Small patios - Charming
havens
Small patios can be a
positive feature of a home when craftily staged. Avoid
large piece of furniture or accessories, such as large
fountains. Things like bird houses, tea cups, etc. are
small.

small fountain or water fall in one corner

Paint a picket fence, flowers and a birdhouse on the
patio wood fence.

Scatter a few flowerpots about and hang one or two.
Add a small bird feeder or bird house.

Add
a small wicker loveseat or two small chairs and a
little
table. Remember to stage the table.
