• When in the kitchen - "I'm going to spoil you"

• "Grandmas going to get to see the kids more now" ( a provocative smile on her face)

• Does your agent tell you she can "hardly get potential buyers to leave"

• Did you hear -  "all our friends are going to want to house-sit, once they this see this ..."
